
Kyra de Miroschedji
Ms de Miroschedji is a graduate biologist, inventor and involved in the biotechnology start-up Lysatpharma GmbH. She completed her studies with a focus on molecular and developmental biology at the Heinrich-Heine University in Düsseldorf. She then worked for several years in stem cell research. As a certified quality auditor, she has experience in quality, project and process management. In the context of preclinical studies, she worked for several years in immunological research at the University Hospital Jena. She currently manages the start-up’s R&D laboratories, is responsible for invention development and coordinates funding programmes (project volume approx. 1.7 million euros).

Dr. Frank Plöger
Dr. Frank Plöger studied biology in Mainz and earned his doctorate in Alzheimer’s research at Boehringer Ingelheim. After his postdoctoral period at the Center for Molecular Neurobiology Hamburg, Dr. Frank Plöger worked in various biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, including Aventis, Biopharm GmbH, Sandoz/Hexal, and Evonik AG. He is a certified project manager and has been active in research & development, business development, and project management for over 20 years.
